We have been in business since 1997. We are a family run and operated business. We serve all of Southern Calif.
Our specialty is cooking and carving on site with our Unique smokeless and greaseless Rotisserie. We can cook in your garage, under tents, churches, rented halls, commercial buildings, under covered porches and more. Although cooking on site with our Unique smokeless and greaseless Rotisserie is our specialty, it is not the only thing we offer. We offer other menus, from Italian to Mexican and more American dishes. Let us Rotisserie a whole pig for your Luau, or Ham and Turkey for your holiday party.

We have baskets on the Rotisserie that we can cook fish or even baked potatoes. We also cook on commercial BBQ’s . We can bbq, hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, polish dogs, carne asada, chicken, tri tip, and much more.
